The website offers paid access to PDF files containing articles and books published by the publisher’s house of the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The cost of electronic versions of articles and books is shown in the respective pages.
Electronic versions of articles and books obtained from this website may be used exclusively for non-commercial purpose, for personal use, and they are not intended for distribution or re-sale.
How to access electronic products? (articles or books in PDF)
You can download and view PDF files of articles and books by executing order and paying for the respective purchase. The cost of access to a particular article or book is shown in the respective page. Add an article or a book to the cart and place an order.
We strongly recommend to download the file as soon as possible after the payment. First, download the paid article or book and then view the file by opening it on a local PC. File is available within a limited period of time, and the amount of downloads is also limited. Each try to view the paid file on-line is deemed as file downloading.
Accepted bank cards are: Mir, VISA, or MasterCard.
To make payment, when ordering, choose bank card as the payment method.
When using a bank card, the payment is processed in the bank’s authorization page, where you have to enter your bank card details:
1. Card number.
2. Card validity term (indicated in the card’s front).
3. Card holder name (in Latin characters, precisely the way it is printed on the card).
If your card is connected to 3D Secure, you will be automatically redirected to the issuer bank’s page to authenticate. Information on the rules and additional identification methods is available from the Bank that issued the bank card.
Internet payment processing security through the bank’s payment gateway is ensured by the PCI DSS international security certificate. The information is transferred using the SSL encryption technology. This information is not available to the third parties.
Tips and recommendations for providing security during payments using a bank card:
1. Keep your bank card in a safe place just as you do with your cash. Do not forget them in cars, restaurants, shops, etc.
2. When someone calls you on the phone, do not disclose to any person or company full number of your credit card.
3. Always keep at hand the phone number for emergency calls to the bank that issued your card. If you have lost your card, contact the bank immediately.
4. Enter your card details only when you make payment for your purchase. Do not use them for any other reason.
If you have changed your mind and decided to refuse to buy an article or a book, you can request to cancel the purchase and refund money to your account within five (5) days from payment, if you have not commenced its downloading or reading yet.
You can reject the purchased electronic article or book that has already been downloaded or is being read on-line, only if technical defects of the article or book file have been identified, which prevent their reading.
To refund money to the bank card, you have to submit a request indicating the order number. Upon request, the refund will be made to the bank card from which the order had been paid. Money transfer is made within ten (10) business days. Money transfer to the card is made by the issuing bank within the time period required for the bank taking into account bank business hours.
Personal information upon registering is required to make mutual settlements; your e-mail is required to send an electronic receipt for the payment according to the requirements of the RF Tax Law. Registration also makes our communication more convenient.
Without your authorization, personal details (fully or partially) cannot be provided to any third party.
